learn a lot from a toddler.

Two Sundays ago I was having a rough day and had been crying. Molly came in, climbed on the bed where I was sitting, cocked her head and looked closely at me, reached out slowly and touched the one tear running down my cheek, and then promptly tried to shove her back-up binky into my mouth! (she is prepared...)
When I laughed and said, "I don't use a binky!" she wrapped both arms around me and patted my back!
I don't know where she learned that, but I'm glad she did, because I really needed it! How can you be upset when your toddler is comforting you?
